Privacy Policy
This is a working draft, written to describe this site's actual, current behaviour — it has not been reviewed by Accretion Labs or counsel, and should not be treated as final until that badge is removed. Until then, treat anything you submit through founder@accretionlabs.net or the contact form as informal — please don't send confidential material you wouldn't put in a plain email.
1. What we collect
This site does not use cookies, analytics, or any third-party tracking script. We only receive information you give us directly, which today means whatever you submit through the contact form on this site: your name, organisation (optional), email address, and message.
2. How we use it
We use contact-form submissions for exactly one purpose: to read them and reply to you at founder@accretionlabs.net. We do not use this information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond responding to your enquiry.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties. We do not use a CRM or marketing platform to store contact-form submissions.
4. How long we keep it
We keep contact-form submissions only as long as needed to respond to you and, where relevant, follow up on the conversation. You can ask us to delete anything you have sent us at any time.
5. Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing founder@accretionlabs.net. We will respond within a reasonable time.
6. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that affects how we handle your information, we will update this page and, where practical, note the date of the change.
Questions about this policy can be sent to founder@accretionlabs.net.
